大陆舆论场有关小品演员赵本山的丑闻一直不断。近来，赵本山因涉黑、涉黄〝被抓〞的消息再度疯传网络，而且大多数媒体都选择 了沉默〝围观〞。此外，中共官媒也随后罕见发文，列举赵本山与薄熙来、周永康 集团的关系以及各种丑闻。对此，外界揣测，传言赵本山〝出事〞并非空穴来风。
12月27号晚，微博网友〝最火微博记〞爆料称：〝网传，赵本山今晚被控制，在被抓时自杀未遂，赵本山已沦陷。〞随后，网友〝永康小裁缝〞转发他人微博，补充细节称：〝赵本山因为涉黑、涉黄今天已经被抓，抓捕过程中自杀未遂，家里抄出4万斤黄金??〞，并声称〝我的消息基本靠谱〞。虽然上述微博不久都被删除，但相关消息仍在网络疯狂传开，并引爆舆论关于传言真假的争议。
令人关注的是，大陆各门户网站 虽然都转载了赵本山〝网传被抓〞的消息，却出奇一致的对消息的真实性保持了〝沉默〞。直到28号凌晨，赵本山的一位徒弟董成鹏发微博问到：〝我就问一句：咱国家法律管不管造谣？！〞被网友认为是侧面〝辟谣〞。29号晚，赵本山的另一位徒弟程野发微博，晒出了赵本山一张近照，正面回应质疑称〝网上传的都是虚假新闻〞。
对此，网民回应：有很多〝谣言〞，最后都变成了事实。
有媒体则指出，不管赵本山被抓是不是谣言，就这个谣言本身来说，也代表他摊上事了。
大陆时政评论员陈明慧：〝既然有这些东西出来，肯定是无风不起浪，总归是有人故意放很多信息出来。这个所谓的传言，实际上是高层 内斗的一个影射。它如果要动某些人之前，它肯定会做一些舆论铺垫。就像这两天我们看到的东西，过两天有人辟谣说是假的，过段时间又有些谣言，过段时间再辟谣，再往后面可能就成真的了，这也是中国 的特色。〞
28号晚，中共喉舌媒体《人民日报 》海外 版官方微信公众号〝侠客岛〞，发文《各类谣言传满地本山能否挺过去？》。
文章 说，这些年来，围绕着赵本山本人，除了各种身体状况之外，参与 豪赌、移民新加坡、缺席政协会议、被指责〝低俗〞等，层出不穷。直到最近这几个月，赵本山的危机，似乎达到了前所未有的高度——他没被邀请参加中央、辽宁省、铁岭市三个级别的文艺工作座谈会。
文章还提到，网上流传甚广的一张照片里，有赵本山，有王立军，有大连商人徐明以及重庆〝不雅视频〞主角雷政富。文章作者还引用辽宁一名知情者的观点称：他（赵本山）如果出事，恐怕牵扯甚多。
陈明慧：〝这些照片我觉得两年前没看到，现在突然出来的话，毫无疑问，这个照片要么在赵本山家，要么在王立军手上，要么在徐明手上，他们四个人的照片突然流出来可能是中纪委故意放的风，也是高层权斗一个表现，要把江系的一些党羽逐步铲除。〞
有分析指出，文章多处暗示了赵本山有被清算的可能，原因是他和薄熙来集团之间的关系非同寻常。
陈明慧：〝赵本山是铁岭那里发家的，辽宁那一块儿发家的，那阶段他最红火的时候，也是薄的势力在辽宁如日中天的时候，所以说他们肯定官商勾结、狼狈为奸、互相利用。〞
北京时政 观察人士华颇：〝我想各派他都牵扯一下，都想牟利，跟薄、王、周永康，他是各方都买好，但是他的后台一个个倒，我想难免会波及到他。〞
常言道〝树倒猢狲散〞，赵本山〝被抓〞风波还没平息，网络再次传出他当年一手捧红的小沈阳，微博认证已经从〝赵本山徒弟〞改成〝艺人〞了。有微博评论指出：如此细小动作，究竟是意欲撇清干系还是纯属偶然，恐怕在此等节骨眼儿上很难不令人浮想联翩。

Wide-Spread News of Zhao Benshan's Arrest
Official Media Give Rare Comment
Scandalous news about comedy actor, Zhao Benshan, has been
reported in mainland media for a long time.
Recently, news of Zhao Benshan's arrest due to his
involvment with a criminal syndicate, and pornography,
has been crazily distributed on the Internet,
while most of the media have chosen to be silent on-lookers.
In addition, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official media
subsequently published an article listing all sorts scandals and
his relationship with the Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang group.
In this regard, public opinion speculates that the rumor
of Zhao Benshan meeting with mishap is not groundless.
The night of Dec 27, Weibo user"Hottest Microblog" disclosed:
"according to an Internet message,Zhao Benshan was taken into
custody tonight.
He attempted suicide unsuccessfully when caught.”
Subsequently, netizen, "Yongkang Little Seamster",
forwarded others’ microblogs and added details:
"Zhao was arrested today due to mafia involvment
and pornographic crime.
He attempted suicide during the arrest but in vain.
20 kilograms of gold was found in his home…….".
He also claimed "My message is basically reliable."
Although the above microblog messages were
soon deleted, the relevant messages still spread
rapidly on the Internet, and even triggered
public controversy as to whether the news is true or not.
Most concerning is that although all major portal websites
in mainland China reprinted the news that Zhao Benshan
"was caught according to Internet news",
surprisingly all the portal websites consistently
"maintain a silence" as to the authenticity of the message.
Until early morning of Dec 28, one of Zhao Benshan’s apprentices
Dong Chengpeng questioned on his microblog:
"I just question one sentence:
do our country’s laws control disinformation?"
This is regarded by netizens as indirectly refuting "the rumor".
On the night of Dec 29th, another apprentice,
Cheng Ye, published a recent photo of Zhao Benshan
on his microblog account, which directly responded
to the questions on the internet and said
"all online news about this is false."
In this regard, netizens responded: there are a lot of
"rumors", but finally they become a reality.
Some media pointed out that regardless if Zhao’s arrest is a rumor
or not, such a rumor itself signals that he's got troubles.
Current affairs commentator Chen Minghui:
"Since this news spread out, it is certain that there is
no smoke without fire and some guys deliberately
release such information.
Such a so-called rumour is actually innuendo as a result
of a high-rank fight.
Before they take action against some people,
they will certainly pave the way by manipulating public opinion.
This is just like what we have seen in the past two days.
After a couple of days, some refute the rumour
and claim it’s false news. A while later,
there are some rumours and they refute them.
Then following that, the rumours will become true news,
and this is a Chinese characteristic."
The night of Dec 28th, the CCP mouthpiece media
"People's Daily" Overseas Edition public official Weixin
(micro-channel) "Xiake Island" issued an article:
"all kinds of rumours are prevailing and it remains to be seen
whether Zhao Benshan can come through the crisis?"
The article said that, over the years, centred on Zhao Benshan
himself, in addition to a variety of physical conditions,
a lot of news about him has been disclosed
including participating in gambling, immigration into Singapore,
absence from Chinese Political Consultative Conference,
being accused of "vulgarity" and so on, one after another.
In recent months, Zhao's crisis seems to have reached
an unprecedented height - he had not been invited to participate
in the literary workof the forum from three levels government
including Central Government, Liaoning Province and Tieling City.
The article also mentioned that a widespread photo
on the Internet, in which Zhao Benshan, Wang Lijun,
Dalian businessman Xu Ming and an "indecent video"
protagonist Lei Zhengfu are gathered together.
The author also cites an insider's view of Liaoning Province
and said: If he (Zhao) has met with mishap,
then this will probably involve in many other officials.
Chen Minghui: "Two years ago, I think I did not see these photos,
but now these photos suddenly come out.
There's no doubt this picture is either in Zhao Benshan’s hands,
or the hands of either Wang Lijun, or Xu Ming.
Such a photo suddenly coming out is probably due to
deliberate disclosure from
the Central Discipline and Inspection Committee of the CCP.
This is also a manifestation of a high-level power fight,
which is to gradually eradicate the members of Jiang’s faction."
Some analysts said that many places in the article suggest
that it should be possible to liquidate Zhao,
because he has an unusal relationship with the Bo Xilai group.
Chen Minghui: "Zhao Benshan made his fortune starting
from Tieling City and Liaoning Province.
During that period, he was at his most prosperous stage.
Bo Xilai’s forces were also in their heyday in Liaoning Province.
So they must have been in collusion, working hand in glove
with each other, reciprocal exploitation."
Beijing politics watcher Hua Po, "I think he had involvement
in all the factions and made profits.
He sealed the corruption with Bo Xilai, Wang Lijun
and Zhou Yongkang.
But his backing bosses have collapsed one by one;
I think this will inevitably involve him."
As the saying goes "collapse and disappear" and the news
of Zhao Benshan "being caught" does not disappear.
The internet once again reported Little Shenyang,
who is his apprentice and was made a popular star
by Zhao Benshan, has replaced his registered microblog
account name “Zhao Benshan’s apprentice” with "artist".
Some microbloggers commented that: such a small action
to whitewash his relationship with Zhao Benshan,
or by accident.
I am afraid that at this critical moment
it's not hard for people to imagine where it will end.
